Please be informed that the case relating revocation proceeding is not finished. During the hearing on October 21, 2015 we have filed written standpoint and attached information confirming that the products indicating on invoices are included also in price list.
We have two invoices which confirm uses the trademark PRESTIGE on the Polish market dated on 16 April 2009 and 9 November 2009, whereas the other party asked for revocation on January 2009. It means that we have no evidences in relation to the relevant period of time.
It is advisable to submit more evidences with earlier date. We can filed proofs till 21st December 2015. In case we do not submit new evidences the PPO will probably revoke the trademark.

Taking into account the above, could you kindly revert this issue and investigate whether we can gather some evidenced with earlier date. Is it possible for you to contact with ATRA Grzegorz Tratkiewicz for this issue?. We can try to contact with Mr Tratkiewicz, if you wish.
