Description of "The Services" to be Provided and Responsibilities: Develop new distribution channels for iCRco products throughout the Eastern European Region and markets. ldentify and develop new relationships on behalf of iCRco with manufacturers , end users, and dealers throughout the designated Region, including specifically Poland, Belarus, Slovakia, Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia, Romania, Ukraine, Germany*, Bułgaria, Macedonia , Kosovo, Albania , Greece, Montenegro and Austria * (the "Region"). ldentify and develop new markets for iCRco's products within the Region. Provide direct lines of communication and assistance to new and existing iCRco partners (including dealers , resellers and users of iCRco's products) to promote, market and sell the iCRco brand and increase the sales of iCRco products . Provide a communication contact and direct support to iCRco employees , dealers , contractors , partners and end-users in connection with the marketing, sale, installation and support of iCRco products sold throughout the Region. Provide support to iCRco's customers , end users, dealers and partners to maintain and improve iCRco's rełationships and sałes throughout the Region. Maintain and improve iCRco's sales quota for the Region. Provide manageriał oversight to iCRco's Global Sałes Manager in the Region and reporting of same back to iCRco. Attend events rełated to iCRco's business , incłuding trade shows and exhibits , and provide marketing and support of the marketing and sales of iCRco's brand and products . Work with iCRco employees , dealers and centractors to achieve these duties and responsibilities . Provide personał , dealer and enduser feedback to iCRco and counsel it on its products, employees , relationships and business and how to improve the same. ldentify and cultivate the sale of iCRco's products and services through direct sales, including cold calling, emailing and canvassing for new markets , dealers, end users and other prospects. The Services requires travel throughout the designated Region to iCRco dealer offices , prospective and developing partner , customer and end user locations and also to prospectlend-user sites by car, public transportation and airplane. The Services also require travel to local, regional, and internationallevel trade shows and to iCRco's headquarters for training, meetings and events. The Services further requires an understanding of iCRco's produet and its software applications to support direct and dealer installs and operational support . Further responsibilities include maintaining and updating prospect , end user, customer , and dealer communications and related information, which shall all be deemed iCRco's lnformation , in the company's sales databaseon a daily andweekly basis and providing reports on sales progress on a weekly basis.
